Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new email box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply choose the mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the target email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
